By downloading or using PlayScan ("the app") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
PlayScan scans printed sheet music, recognizes it, and plays it back. Recognition (OMR) is best-effort: results depend on the quality of the source image and the complexity of the music, and may contain errors. The app is a practice and playback aid, not a certified transcription service.
Playback ("the player") is free. Scanning has a free monthly limit; scanning beyond the limit, multi-page scans, PDF import, and export/.notaz creation require a Pro subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled and are managed in your Apple App Store or Google Play account.
You are responsible for the music you scan. Only scan material you have the right to use. You retain all rights to your own content; we claim no ownership over your scores or annotations.
Do not use the app to infringe copyright, to reverse-engineer the service, or to disrupt or overload the recognition servers.
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee recognition accuracy, uninterrupted availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
We may update these Terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
PlayScanni ("ilova") yuklab olish yoki foydalanish orqali siz ushbu shartlarga rozilik bildirasiz. Rozi boʻlmasangiz, ilovadan foydalanmang.

Ilova "boricha" taqdim etiladi, hech qanday kafolatsiz. Biz tanish aniqligini, uzluksiz ishlashni yoki maʼlum maqsadga muvofiqlikni kafolatlamaymiz.
Qonun ruxsat etgan maksimal darajada, ilovadan foydalanishdan kelib chiqadigan bilvosita zararlar uchun javobgar emasmiz.
Shartlarni yangilashimiz mumkin; yangilashdan keyin foydalanishda davom etish rozilik hisoblanadi.

Приложение — вспомогательный инструмент для практики и воспроизведения, а не сертифицированный сервис транскрипции.
Воспроизведение ("плеер") бесплатно. Сканирование имеет бесплатный месячный лимит; сканирование сверх лимита, многостраничное сканирование, импорт PDF и экспорт/создание .notaz требуют подписки Pro. Подписки продлеваются автоматически до отмены и управляются в вашем аккаунте Apple App Store или Google Play.
Вы несёте ответственность за сканируемую музыку. Сканируйте только материалы, на использование которых у вас есть право. Все права на ваш контент остаются за вами; мы не претендуем на ваши ноты или аннотации.
Не используйте приложение для нарушения авторских прав, обратной разработки сервиса или нарушения работы серверов распознавания.
Приложение предоставляется "как есть", без каких-либо гарантий. Мы не гарантируем точность распознавания, бесперебойную доступность или пригодность для конкретной цели.
В максимально допустимой законом мере мы не несём ответственности за косвенные убытки, возникшие из-за использования приложения.
Мы можем обновлять эти Условия; продолжение использования после обновления означает согласие.
